Warranty Guidelines
If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, please contact us. We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.
If your purchase is outside the 7 days period, you are still covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, the procedures for each of the main manufacturers are detailed below.
Duration of warranties varies from 1 month up to 24 months from the date of purchase depending on the products and manufacturer which will be stated on the product page.
Please note that the warranty does not apply, where:
- Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
- Repairs are requires because of normal wear and tear.
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
- Alterations have been made to the tool.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
